By participating in our referral program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

a. You must be a user of ZaynFi who has connected your wallet and deposited into any of the Zayn vaults to participate in our referral program.

b. You must refer individuals who are not already registered users of ZaynFi.

d. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Referral Bonus:

a. For each individual you refer who registers and completes their first transaction on ZaynFi, you and the individual you referred, will receive a cash payout bonus of $10 each.

b. The cash payout bonus is subject to change without notice at any time, at ZaynFi's sole discretion.

c. ZaynFi may decide not to pay out any cash bonuses if it deems that the user has abused the referral program or for any other reason established by ZaynFi.

Fee Share:

a. ZaynFi will share 20% of the fees collected from users you referred to ZaynFi.

b. The fee share percentage is subject to change at any time for any reason, at ZaynFi's sole discretion.

c. ZaynFi may decide not to pay out any fee share for any reason.

Limitations:

a. You cannot refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn referral bonuses or fee shares.

b. You cannot use spam or any other fraudulent or deceptive methods to refer individuals to ZaynFi.

c. ZaynFi reserves the right to disqualify you from participating in our referral program or withhold any referral bonus or fee share if we suspect any fraudulent or deceptive activity.

Modification and Termination:

a. ZaynFi reserves the right to modify or terminate our referral program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

b. ZaynFi may modify these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.

c. Your continued participation in our referral program after any modifications to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Liability:

a. ZaynFi is not responsible for any errors or delays in the processing of referral bonuses or fee shares.

b. ZaynFi is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdirected referral bonuses or fee shares.

c. ZaynFi is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to our referral program.
